Villa Labruto - Apartment Aria e Fuego

Villa with terrace, garden and private parking, located within a one hectare park. Located in the beautiful area of the tip of Sicily, a short walk to the sea of the Strait. The villa, just renovated, has maintained its style and antique elements such as floors and fixtures by combining them with technological elements for maximum comfort. Indoor and outdoor lighting is one of the best design brands, as well as modern furnishings that tie to restored antique ones. The space The apartment is part of a group of 3 accommodations derived from the rooms of an old renovated villa. Each home has independent access and bathroom and an exclusive garden portion. This apartment in particular has a terrace equipped with a gazebo and table that can accommodate for up to 12 people. In detail, the living room is furnished with a characteristic wood or pellet hot tub that you can enjoy from the comfortable sofa bed in front. On one wall is the kitchen equipped with an induction hob to avoid the fires. In the center of the room, the old table has still been in its place for almost ahundredyears. In the bathroom, we chose to recall the appearance of the fire, to recall the appearance of the fire, modern squared toilets and a black grill sink. The mirror was built from the original chestnut wood window, and the sink top is an olive tree in our garden. For the bedroom Aria, the furniture (all designer) has been chosen with extreme care to make the atmosphere light and ethereal: the double bed suspended and illuminated from the bottom, the theme wallpaper on the front wall, bedside tables, writing desk and bench rests with transparent suitcases, central chandelier with small fan blades. Air conditioner, TV, baseboard heating system complete the "modern" choices in combination with the original floor and the old dark wood furniture with a mirror. Opposite: the Fire room, for which we have chosen sliding beds, which can be combined to become a double if necessary, a desk and bedside tables in lava stone, a suggestive chandelier that changes in appearance and color from the access to turn off, sevenfine with a vintage mirror that matches the floor decorated with the cementins. Wall-mounted TV, air conditioner, and baseboard heating system are also present in this room. Guest access The villa is surrounded by a one hectare garden; each living unit has its own courtyard and green space for exclusive use. A large indoor parking lot is available for our guests, as well as your guests. On the way back from the sea, you can reach it on foot on foot in a few minutes, you can enjoy an outdoor shower, surrounded by greenery. If you want, we can organize a tour of the entire garden (it houses about 500 species of plants and flowers) with a visit to the upper part of the land, which is also the most panoramic. Other things to note The apartment can be rented along with the other two rooms (Villa Labruto - room Terra and Villa Labruto - room Acqua) to get to a total availability of 10 seats. Upon request you can visit the entire garden of the villa with its rare species from all over the world.
