A large forest stretches right outside the front door and is ideal for couples and families who like to go on excursions and are close to nature. Parking is ample. The apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor) of Germany's only Sweden house settlement right on the edge of the forest. It is located in Borkwalde 35 km from Potsdam. Welcome! The space The living space of our apartment is about 76 m² and is located in the attic of a 2-story residential building directly on the edge of the forest. / Pet stay costs €5 per day and is payable in cash! / The basic equipment is: - 1 roll of toilet paper - Salt and pepper - Oil - Dish towel - Dishwashing liquid - Dishwashing soap - Towels -Bed linen It offers a cozy living room with a dining area and an adjoining kitchen where everything is available to feel at home. Snuggle into the cozy large bed or visit numerous local attractions, thanks to the good transport links, or the nearby RE7 regional train station in the neighboring village of Borkheide which is only 2.7 km away from the apartment. A bus runs hourly through the village to the train station (RE7) during the day. But the most beautiful thing is a walk through the vast forest right outside the front door. / Amenities - Living room-dining room - Bathroom with toilet, hair dryer, sink and bathtub - Sleeping arrangements: A maximum of 6 people can sleep in the apartment > 1 large bedroom with 1 bed (200 cm x 160 cm & desk for home office > 1 small bedroom with 2 beds (200 x 90) > 1 sofa bed (200 x 140) for 2 people. In both bedrooms are insect screens and blackout blinds are attached to the windows. > 1 nursery and SOFI travel crib with 4 functions in one: as a crib, cradle, playpen and travel bed from KinderKraft / rental fee €20.
