LINEN NOT PROVIDED - please see details in below description RAMSAY'S RETREAT is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that's had a recent makeover, accommodates up to 8 guests within 100 metres to the main street and swimming beach. Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, living area with a reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, 55" Smart TV (take your own portable wifi up to enjoy the full benefit of the Smart TV), DVD and direct access to a lovely large deck area with BBQ. Bathroom with shower, bath, separate vanity and separate toilet. Front loading washing machine - please use septic friendly front loading washing powder/liquid only. Ramsay's Retreat is located at the front of a 1000 square metre allotment and shares the site with The Porthole, either accommodation can be rented individually for smaller groups or together to allow accommodation for a larger travelling group. Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities, all available just a short stroll from this comfortable accommodation. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen bed, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 2 bunks. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
