Upstairs - Open plan kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, dining with high chair, lounge with 50" TV, DVD, sliding doors that open on to covered decking with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Main bedroom with built in robe and ensuite. Split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. Downstairs is another lounge area with 42" TV, DVD, 3 bedrooms a second bathroom with vanity, shower, bath and separate w/c. Laundry with washing machine. Split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. Fish cleaning facility. Boat washing and motor flushing available. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x tri-bunks (double on bottom, single on top). Pillows and comforter bedspreads are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Pt Turton offers an excellent boat ramp for the boating enthusiasts, Jetty, Tavern and General Store which supplies fuel, ice, bait, groceries, take away food, and delicious fresh baked goods.
