Newly renovated two-room apartment on the cliff of Punta delle Cannelle with direct access to the sea in a private cove through paths in the greenery. Pets welcome in the period September/May The space This is a small two-room apartment renovated in May 2022 on the ground floor with a small garden overlooking the sea. The same garden overlooks 2 other two-room apartments adjacent to mine. The accommodation consists of 2 autonomous and independent rooms to stay overnight with due privacy. In fact, we have an entrance room with access from the garden furnished with a double sofa bed with a high mattress like a real bed, and here you can also open a single cot, a double bedroom with independent access to the garden. The kitchen is in a separate area from the sleeping rooms. Brand new bathroom with large shower box There are 5 places but it is not suitable for 5 adults, it is fine for a maximum of 4 adults and a child. From both rooms you can independently access the garden and also the kitchen equipped with a TV, kitchenette with induction stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, pots and dishes, all brand new. In the house there is a table and chairs, but there is another table with chairs also outside, ideal for eating meals with a sea view. In the house, you will find my umbrella with 2 beach chairs at your disposal. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower cubicle. In the bathroom cabinet drawer, you will find a hairdryer and a rubber shower mat. With the recent renovation, we have added heating with a heat pump, and therefore we have the possibility to accommodate travelers at any time of the year. From September to June, Capodarco is transformed into a real island within the island, as all the services close and almost none of the other owners visit the place out of season. Capodarco in unusual periods is the perfect destination for true lovers of nature, quiet and relaxation and offers various possibilities such as trekking, biking, scuba diving. It is perfect for those who love to read in silence or photograph nature. In the low season, the nearest services are located less than 5 minutes by car in Porto Azzurro. The apartment does not come with linen, but we can arrange a rental service at the Porto Azzurro laundry. Capodarco's private parking is available and is a 2-minute walk from the house. It is still possible to arrive in front of the gate for loading and unloading. In the period June/mid-September, access to the swimming pools is included, the sun lounger and umbrella rental service is optional and for a fee Guest access Shared garden with the two adjacent apartments, each apartment has a private and appurtenant veranda in front of its entrance with space equipped for eating outside. Pets are allowed only from September to the end of May, suitable for dogs accustomed to living in an apartment. The garden is not fenced but bordered by low hedges. We are located directly on the Punta delle Cannelle cliff in a fabulous location, but this prestigious position makes us unsuitable for hosting people with mobility difficulties. Check-in can be done by a concierge contact person or independently, depending on the availability of our collaborator. If they are not on site to wait for you, they will leave you precise instructions for self-check-in. Other things to note The apartment is in a fabulous location, but we are in a really isolated place on the cliff. We are surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean vegetation, and there are very few other guests in the surrounding area. Your neighbors will be the seagulls and wild hares. A car is necessary, and in exactly 5 minutes by car you can reach Porto Azzurro, where you will find every shop and all the services. With at least 2 days' notice, I can provide a boat discount through a code that will entitle you to about 25% off. From the beginning of June to the beginning of September, the Capodarco services are active, all within walking distance of the house and consist of freshwater and seawater pools, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, minimarkets, lifeguards, equipment rental, etc. From the gate of the house, a path begins that leads to the cliffs of Punta delle Cannelle, and with a 10-minute walk, you arrive at our cove. Dogs are welcome from the end of September to the end of May, and during that period they can access the cove and the water. The garden is shared, so there may be other guests with their dogs in the apartments nearby, which is why we only welcome one animal. The location really on the cliff makes the location fabulous and suggestive, but not suitable for people with walking difficulties The path that leads to the sea is easy to walk, and you can also take a baby stroller, although there is a first downhill/uphill section and a small staircase in the final section.
