Situated on the ground (-1) floor, comes with high speed internet, smart tv(netflix), an open fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom! Guest access Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes smart TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances. Other things to note Check-out: Before 11AM Quiet Hours: 22:00-9:00 We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors&windows locked and all electronic devices turned off. Home Truths - Located oh the ground (-1) floor without elevator - You need to go downstairs in order to reach the unit - One of the bedrooms does not have a window - There may have some construction noise in the area at working times - There is 1 A/C in the living room - There is no A/C in the bedrooms (fans can be provided upon request) - Luggage keeping service is not provided - No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages - The sofa can be converted into a bed Penalties for Violations - Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD - A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock - Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD - A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD - Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73.
