The property consists of a large open plan living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 small balconies, gas central heating, electric cold fans, fibra-wifi and shared pool. Located in a quiet area 10 mins from the airport 5 mins to the "Feria Muestras" and "Palacio de Congresos" 20 mins to central Valencia and stunning beaches. The underground and bus stations, leading to the airport, central town and beaches are only a 2 min walk away. With Love, please take care of the place as if it was yours. The space There is a big free public parking space outside, where you will be able to see the car through the living room window. Supermarket just in the corner (50m away), butcher, bakery, bars, pharmacy and surgery in the same street. Towels and cloth bed are provided for our guests. New carpet and chairs in the living room and new foam double mattress provided on September 2019. Guest access We take the cleanliness of the house very seriously. Our aim is to have a covid-19-free house. In addition to using a bleach & alcohol solution to clean the house, and using a mask and gloves anytime we are dealing with the cleaning or meeting guests to give them access, we have adopted the measure to allow at least 48h between guests, so you can be sure that no one has been in the property for at least48h. We only accept vaccinated guest! We expect also the same behaviour from our guests, please; 1 - wash your hands when you get into the apartment; 2 - take your shoes off and leave them at the entrance by the door; 3 - clean, with alcohol solution, any items that you bring in from outside (e.g. shopping).
