Modern apartment in the guest house incl. terrace & garden

Guests can expect a modernly furnished 35 m² 1-room apartment in our guest house. This is on a fully fenced property, which is exclusively for guests with a 300 m² garden & a separate terrace. There is a private driveway & a large parking area for the guest vehicles. The apartment has a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette & a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The terrace invites you to cozy evenings with its lounge. The space The apartment offers our guests a pleasant all-round package for a short or longer stay on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The apartment, including the garden and terrace, can accommodate up to 2 adults, a toddler and a dog. Through the front door, guests enter the living/sleeping area. Here, guests have a drawer dresser for clothes, a dining table with a chair combination, as well as the living and sleeping couch (bed surface 160 * 200) at their disposal. A Samsung Smart TV invites you to cozy TV or streaming evenings. Music is provided by a Harman & Kardon soundbox. Guests can use these with their own devices via Bluetooth indoors and outdoors. The kitchen and bathroom (including the shower) have underfloor heating for pleasant temperatures on cooler days. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer. There is an oven and ceramic hob available. In addition, equipment such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker + separate Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a dishwasher are available. So nothing stands in the way of a delicious breakfast or other meals. To keep the effort to a minimum for guests, coffee incl. filters, coffee capsules, tea, oils, sugar, salt, flour, etc. are provided. On the terrace, the lounge incl. table and traffic light umbrella, a cozy place to relax after intense beach days or city trips. In addition to the charcoal grill, there is also a SoloStove fireplace where the evenings can be ended perfectly. The necessary firewood can be taken from the wooden shelf. The apartment has Wi-Fi, with which Netflix, Prime and Co can be streamed without any problems. Working on a laptop or tablet is also not a problem. The password will be communicated upon arrival / or can also be taken from the listing independently when booking. Guests will receive 2 sets of bed linen, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. If necessary and for longer stays, it can also be changed again during the week. Guest access The guest apartment has its own entrance and its own driveway. Parking spaces are available for cars as well as larger teams (trailers) or caravans. Other things to note Lockable bicycle parking spaces can be provided free of charge upon request. For the little ones, a baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
