This lovingly restored 4 bedroom Dutch Colonial is the perfect getaway! We are walking distance to downtown St. Joseph and to Lion's Park Beach. Silver Beach is just a 3 minute drive down the road. Enjoy the deck and pergola with a gas grill, huge backyard, basketball hoop, 2 sun porches. Beach chairs and carts, basketball, lawn games can be enjoyed with family and friends. All utilities are included - Wifi, lawn service, heat/AC, electricity, water. The space This is a 100 year-old three-story Dutch colonial that we recently renovated top to bottom! Furnishings are new including extra comfortable beds! We have a large front and backyard that is tastefully landscaped. There is an upstairs and downstairs sunporch - one of them has a desk if you need to work remote. We have a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, AC, Wifi, Amazon fire TVs in three rooms and much more! Other perks include newly refinished hardwood floors, tons of natural light, new energy-efficient windows, new window treatments, ceiling fans, electrical and lighting. Stainless steel dishwasher, gas stove, microwave. We have a smart thermostat and Simplisafe alarm system. Brand new items: furnace, air conditioner, 200 Amp electrical service, washer and dryer, refrigerator, disposal. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note The house is ideal for 10 adults or a mix of 10-12 adults and kids. A futon in our basement can increase the capacity to 12 people. Beach/bath towels and bedding is all included at the house. There is room in 3 of the 4 bedrooms to set up a pack-and-play or bassinet if you have an infant. The house can be rented for 30+ days on AirBnB - but we also rent this for 1+ months on other sites since they are set up for longer-term rentals. This is why we do not have reviews on AirBnB, but I am happy to provide several tenant references to interested parties. St. Joseph does not allow rentals in this area less than 30 days.
