Cute Cottage with Pool at Marciac Lake

Cute renovated lakeside cottage within walking distance of the town of Marciac, famous for its Jazz festival. Terrace eating area, shared pool, lake activities. The house sleeps up to 5. 1 double bedroom on the first floor, newly fitted bathroom with wc and washing machine. On the ground floor is the open plan living area with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area opening onto the patio eating area. There is a toilet on this floor. There is a single fold up bed. The space Our cottage is part of a purpose built small lakeside holiday complex. The complex includes a heated swimming pool (July-August) and lake activities such as paddle boarding and water bicycles. Equipment and bicycles/scooters can be hired on site. A section of the lake is used for fishing. The walk around the lake is lovely and there is a restaurant on an old boat. Marciac town centre (famous for its jazz festival in July/August) is a short walk from the cottage. You will find a variety of restaurants and shops in the town and a traditional French Market on a Wednesday morning. Guest access There is a terrace accessed directly from the cottage. A shared swimming pool is 70 metres from the cottage (this pool is only available for guests staying at the complex). Other things to note Please be aware that vehicle access to the cottage is not available (this keeps the residential area safe, calm and quiet). There is a car park approximately 150 metres from the cottage. We provide a chariot to transport your luggage/shopping from the car park.
