Each room offers the right amount of privacy, whether you are a group of friends or a family. The location is central; just a few steps away, you’ll find everything you need: from the nearby dock, you can access experiences in the promontory, diving, and the best boat rentals. The space The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator in a building overlooking the harbor, offering spectacular sea views. The home features a spacious living room that opens onto a usable terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent sea views. It has three independent bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is very bright and opens onto the terrace. It includes two spacious sofas, a dining table, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen has everything you need for extended stays. The master bedroom with a sea view is also very bright and features a walk-in closet and air conditioning. Adjacent is a lovely bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom, overlooking a garden, also has air conditioning and features two single beds that can be converted into a double, along with a spacious built-in wardrobe. A washing machine is discreetly hidden in a closet. The third bedroom, although small, consists of two single beds, making it ideal for a family with children or a group of friends. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom, providing a cool atmosphere in summer and warm air during the off-season. Both bathrooms feature spacious shower stalls and full sanitary fittings. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, a duvet, and everything needed to make your stay perfect. Guest access The house is located within the limited traffic zone (ZTL). You will be able to enter the ZTL for free by registering your license plate on the municipality's website. There are paid parking options available on-site. Other things to note From November 1st to May 1st, an additional fee of €20 per day will be charged for heating, should it be used. We would like to inform you that, in accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night is required for all guests, excluding children under 14 and people with disabilities. Please take this additional cost into account when booking. We are lovers of nature and adventure, and we are committed to ensuring a stay with the utmost comfort and relaxation ;) For any need, our team is always at your disposal. In addition to offering 24/7 assistance, we will be happy to welcome you personally at check-in. A concierge service (except during the night) is available via chat, where you can ask anything—from how the air conditioning works to the best restaurant in the area, from the TV to the nearest parking. We would also like to use this section to provide you with more information about our billing method, in order to be as transparent and helpful as possible. Please note that we are a company providing services for the management of short-term rentals. You will receive an invoice for the full amount of the booking, broken down into the following items: • OTA commissions • Cleaning services • Full guest management services (amounting to approximately 25% of the revenue, net of OTA commissions and cleaning services) • Rental fee collected (and transferred to the property owners) In addition to the invoice, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement via OTP. While not yet mandatory, it is binding and provides greater security for both parties. The rental fee will be specified within the contract.
