In addition to having a private pool you can enjoy the beaches of Dénia just a 2 minute walk and numerous amenities around. The space Upon entering the plot of the accommodation you will find a private parking area for at least 3 cars. Entering inside the house, you will find a bright and spacious living room equipped with table, large sofa, television and tourist information. Connected to this living room you will find a beautiful kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, plates, cutlery, trays, glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as capsule and Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glass ceramic plate, etc. There is also a bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and a room to store cleaning products. Through the living room you can access the equipped terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the nice outdoor weather and its garden, which has a centenary olive tree, lawn and plants. To its left you will find the pool area, where there are hammocks, the barbecue, an outdoor shower and a covered chill out area with benches and a table. Going up the stairs upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms. One of them with a double bed and the other two bedroom with two twin beds each. In addition, you will find another bathroom upstairs equipped with shower, large washbasin and wc. Two of the rooms have access to a large terrace equipped with chairs where you can enjoy the best sunsets. Guest access The hose is equipped with everything you'll need for cooking. It has complimentary toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo. Also, you will find towels and linens.
