Charming and centrally-located 2 Bedroom Cottage. Only a 12 min walk to the Historic Core so park your car and enjoy a beautiful stroll Downtown! After a day spent sightseeing you will appreciate the comfort of this little getaway. The open floor plan w/vaulted ceilings in the main space has a well equipped Kitchen, Dining space, Living Room w/TV plus work space. Two comfy Queen Beds w/TV and a roomy walk in shower round out the space. Relax on the porch swing or patio w/fenced yard. The space This lovely and quiet area is perfect for decompressing after a busy day! This is a completely private stand alone property. The Cottage is 900 square feet and a thoughtfully designed space with 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 roomy bathroom. Guests will find the open floor plan makes it easy to spend quality time with family and friends. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the central hall and the bathroom with washer/dryer and walk in shower is easily accessed by all. Both bedrooms have Queen memory foam hybrid mattresses, smart TV's, dressers and blackout drapes. Quality linens are all 100% white Cotton. We provide a Keurig and K cups plus snack basket to get you started. The propane gas grill and outside patio table provide another option for meal time. The yard is fully fenced for little ones or pets and the ramp makes it easy to access the patio. Guest access The entire Cottage and fenced yard are yours. You can easily park 2 cars. Pet fee is $50 per dog per stay (up to 2 dogs ok). Please let us know if more than 1 dog and we will send request for extra pet fee. We provide couch and bed covers plus pet bowls and pet waste pick up bags. You are responsible for picking up after your pet and for any pet damage. Very Important: you cannot leave your dog outside unattended or allow your dog to bark and disturb the neighbors. The City has already received a complaint on this issue. If your dog cannot be left alone safely inside you must crate. We love dogs but you must be able to manage them properly. Any issue related to your pet will result in the termination of your stay without refund. If you want to board them instead we highly recommend Dog Town USA. Other things to note This home is for LODGING ONLY. No events/gatherings. We are in a working neighborhood so quiet time per City Ordinance is 10pm to 8am and strictly enforced (see below). NOT a party house. We love our neighbors and respect that this is their neighborhood too! No events, gatherings, visitors, pets (unless approved by owner), smoking, parties, disruptions or other disregard of lease terms can occur or terms of rental are void and immediate eviction will be enforced. Persons other than those specified in the booking are not allowed in/on the property unless approved by us in advance. If you would like to have a visitor please coordinate with us in advance. Please let us know who, when and for how long you expect your guest. Parking will also need to be coordinated as we have limited space and the City does not allow on street parking at a vacation rental.
