Departure before 9:00 a.m. -No arrivals on Sundays and departures any day of the week. -For the two months of July and August, rentals are for two weeks from Saturday to Saturday, first or second half of July and first or second half of August. -For the remaining 10 months, rentals are for a minimum of one week. “Additional rules” -As this is a family rental, and in order to respect the neighborhood, “no parties or gatherings” are allowed. The hours to be observed are posted in the apartment. -NON-SMOKING rental. A deposit of €100 against receipt must be paid on site in cash. It will be returned in full if the apartment is left clean and the inventory is in order. -If the rental is not left clean, a minimum of €60 will be deducted from the deposit.
