The space This private apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence transformed into a small building with 9 apartments. With a rustic décor that combines natural elements and organic textures, the space offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for your stay in Salvador. Composed of: ★ Bedroom 1: Double bed (firm orthopedic mattress), Bank, Rack for clothes, split air-conditioning ★ Bedroom 2: Bunk bed, rotating closet with full-length mirror, split air-conditioning Living ★ room: we have a bed/sofa with a trundle bed, TV in front. We can add one or two more mattresses on the living room floor and/or in the master bedroom for a larger number of guests. → TV: LED TV 28 HD Integrated Digital Converter 1 USB 2 HDMI Digital Reception (Not a Smart TV). ★ Bathroom American-style ★ kitchen, counter with two stools. We have two other chairs with a side table that can be used in the living room or on the balcony. In the kitchen you will find: → Fridge → Stove 4 mouths with oven → ° Microwave; → Plates and Tableware Basic Cookware→ Kit (Tramontina Turin line or similar, see photos). → Iron (we don't have an ironing board) → Kitchen sink and laundry sink. Shared ★ Wi-Fi: TIM e Claro about 50 Mega 2G, distributed/shared to the apartments of the house by a wi-fi network. On the floor of this apartment, the internet usually reaches 15 to 35 megabytes. In the room it may be possible to connect the 250Mega 5G network which has a higher speed. Bed ★linens (sheets) and bath for arrival are provided. The exchange of these items, when requested by the guest, can be done but we charge an extra laundry fee, amounts in the welcome flyer. Cobertores are not included, but may be requested (additional laundry fee). ★ Water, Internet, Gas and Energy included. We are not responsible for services provided by third parties. Guests do not have access to the second basement of the house (first floor), this is a private area. Other things to note 📌 We clarify that this reservation is classified as a vacation rental, and typical hotel services are not offered. 🧹 Cleanliness: The property is delivered clean and prepared for the guest's arrival. During the stay, we do not provide periodic cleaning or housekeeping services. Bed and bath🛏️ linens: Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival. Exchanges during the stay can be requested, for an additional laundry fee. Extra items (such as pillows and blankets) can also be made available upon request and for an extra fee. - Access: At the beginning of the street, there is a guardhouse of the local residents' association, where the gatekeepers make the entrance control. To ensure access to the property, we request that guests identify themselves upon arrival, so that they can be allowed to enter with peace of mind. - Parking: We have 4 rotating spaces (3 covered and 1 uncovered), with no exclusivity for apartments. If there is no vacancy, it is easy to find parking nearby. The garage door is heavy and manual. - Starting Kit: We offer a starter kit with personal use, cleaning and kitchen items, but we do not make replacements. - Children and Babies: We can host children and babies, but we do not have safety nets on the windows and balconies, nor any other items related to the safety of children and babies. We don't have cots or other baby items. We prepare beds for adults and children only, we do not prepare beds for babies, we need to bring what the baby is going to use. We have active and recording security cameras on the stairs, corridors and outdoor areas (gate, garage, backyard, balcony). Remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP ★ About the Location: The house was built in the 80s and has 4 floors, with 9 individual and private apartments. The house is adorned with hardwood and stone, creating a rustic and welcoming environment, with slate floors and details that reflect the charm of the original construction. The green area around the zoo of Salvador provides a serene environment, ideal for those who want to relax in nature. Unusual ★tours: The proximity to the zoo ensures the presence of unexpected visitors, such as birds, tamarins, monkeys, porcupines, reptiles, rodents, insects and others. This is part of the charm of the place, surrounded by exuberant nature. Since we are in a tropical city, with high humidity and surrounded by a green area, it is important to highlight that, at some times of the year, mosquitoes may appear in the region. Therefore, we suggest that you bring repellent to ensure your comfort during your stay in Salvador. ★ Our Animals: We have on-site dogs, of the Maremano Abrusês Shepherd breed. They stand on the lowest level and backyard. Guests do not have access to these areas, but animals can be seen through the windows of the apartments. They are part of our routine and the surrounding nature. ★ Care for Space: To preserve the pleasant environment and without the entrance of unwanted animals, we ask that guests keep the apartments clean and avoid the accumulation of garbage. Thus, everyone can enjoy a quieter and safer environment.
