Oleoso The name Oleoso comes from the Italian word that describes an olive oil production area. It refers to the "Ladochorio" area of the city of Igoumenitsa, as well as to the olive grove, next to which the apartment is located. Τhe apartment is located at the entrance to the city of Igoumenitsa, in the upper part of the Port, at the intersection of Aristotelous & Pindarou streets, directly opposite the sports facilities of the city, at a very short dis-tance (less than 400 meters) from the port of Igoumenitsa. Supermarkets, bakeries, laundries, cafes, bars, restaurants and the city's central market are all within some minutes by foot. There is a free 24h parking in the area and there is a free parking spot right outside the apartment. In the area of the Port there is a large free 24-hour parking lot. Accomodation The building was built in 2005 and we renovated radically in 2023. The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate two people, in a double bed, but there is the possibility of accommodating up to two more on a sofa that opens into two additional beds, measuring 160cmX200cm with comfort for two adults or children. The apartment is heated and cooled by an air condition and it has an energ class A++. The characteristic of the apartment is the quietness and privacy provided. There are also two different private outdoor areas overlooking the olive trees nearby.
