At Loft da Prainha, parking spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a valet. The Condominium has more apartments than parking spaces. In periods of great affluence, at times, it is possible that there will be no parking spaces in the building's garage, and the vehicle must remain in an external public space until a space becomes available.
