Room right in front of the beach in a cute house close to all the good things in Las Peñitas, a wonderful local Nicaraguan village. Excellent for surfing, fishing, kayaking, boat trips etc. Or just for a chill time. Beautiful people, good food, drinks and a big hammock. I am a Dutch television producer and love to have you over. The space The view is impressing. The fishermen come in right in front of the house. It is such a local experience. Guest access There is cable television and WiFi. The porch has rocking chairs a dinner table and a great hammock. There is a big back yard with a gate where you can park your car. It is secure. Celena can cook for you (fresh fish) and do laundry for a reasonable local price. Just how you wish. During your stay I have lived in Nicaragua and Costa Rica for over 14 years. I am in Holland at the moment but my Nicaraguan niece Celena will be your host. She knows everything. I will always be in touch with you by chat and/or phone as well. Other things to note In the house are 2 rooms. If the other room is rented out the living, bathroom, kitchen is shared.
