The Living & dinning room furnished with 3 seat sofa, 8 seats table and chairs, wood stove (you need to buy your own woods from Bunnings or pay additional fee toward wood, so that we will help to buy and deliver). 55' TV. Free WIFI, Shared front and back yard terrace and patio areas which furnished with two chairs and a table (front), armchairs and tea table (backyard), glass top table and 4 plastic chairs, where you can either sitting to enjoy your morning tea and coffee or enjoy a afternoon sun and watching the mountains, the birds, the trees, and the mountain views. This house is family and dog friendly. There will be dog on property. The owner or staff live on this property, either at the reception room (which is beside the backdoor entrance) or at the separated dwelling at the ground floor house. Our staff will come to clean the common area every day. Please lock your room if you need privacy or have valuable things in your room. We do not liable for any your property lose. This house have sensor lights all around the house, and have CCTV security camera operate 24/7 all around the house too. Please mind your privacy at outside area. If you bring your dog to stay with us, your dog need to book via airbnb. Dog/s is NOT allowed to stay in the bed room. We can accommodate your dog at our reception room or at our separated house on ground floor, or to be board at our Dog Daycare & Boarding Centre in Dickson. No event or party on this property. If you need party and event, please DO let us know, as our Dickson centre has a commercial party and event functional kitchen and dining and entertaining area. We will best address your party and event needs in our Dickson centre. Our Dickson Centre has a fully commercial function Kitchen and 20 -30 people dining facilities include two BBQ stove, and picnic area, We do accept and host event and party in Our Dickson centre. If you need to book your dog to stay on our property, please sent a request to us, and provide more details about your dog. Dog boarding fee is $80 for the first night. If you stay for more than day/night, the following night rate negotiable for either stay at our ground floor house or at our dog day care and boarding centre in Dickson. Dog's wee at front and backyard terrace area needs to be water cleaned immediately, there is water host at backyard and front yard. Dog poo needs to be picked up immediately too. we have dog poo bags that you can ask if you did not bring any. This house Only accept pet Dog to stay with a fee. All pet and Dog need to stay at backyard, and sleep in crate either at backyard or in the shed or at our ground floor house. Please make sure your pet and dog DO NOT cause public nuisance. If your dog or pet need professional boarding care, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we have a professional dog boarding hotel too. Alternatively, any dog can book into our Dog Daycare and Dog Boarding service centre, which is $60/day for day care (9am - 5 pm, and can be flexible ) , $80/day for boarding (more than 8 hours, between 7am to 11 pm or over night). more details about dog sitting please visit our page @Canberra House & Dog Sitter. No any pet allowed into the house and especially prohibited in all bedroom, NO any pet allowed on any furniture and bed (reception room is the only place allows dog in this property). Please be mindful, some guest may allergy to cat or dog or other pet. that is why we are dog friendly but all dogs need to be kept outside or at the shed. Any litter that any pet left wither on the lawn or on the deck or anywhere in the front and back yard, you Must clean up immediately Please. dog or pet pee or poo at the concert and patio area need to be washed off by water immediately please; dog poo at anywhere in the backyard need to be picked up and bagged and put in the waste bin immediately. if you need dog poo bag, please let us know as we will supply accordingly.
