Family & Couples Beach Stay with Small Ocean View

Partial beach view, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Air-conditioning and fans throughout. Well stocked unit with the comforts of home. Lucky guests may see whales breaching in the migratory season, go to the headland for a great view, see wildlife close by, relax in the unit or the outdoor area, swim, snorkel, fish, surf, boat, walk, hike, cycle, kayak, bowl, tennis or visit national parks and beautiful near by locations. Most suitable for couples or families with1-2 small children. The space This is a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed in the bedroom and 2 single sofa chairs which can sleep a child or small adult in other areas. One single is in a nook area and the other single sofa is in the bedroom but can easily be moved to the living area. The lounge in the living room can also act as a single sofa for a child or adult. It is a longer than average longe. A fold-up cot may be available on request when booking. There are costs for extra guests. Our stay is well suited for a couple with 1-2 smaller children. Please check with the host if the unit can accommodate extra children or adults before booking. There is a well equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer, new bathroom, hybrid floors. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, small dryer for single items, outside drying line, full sized oven and benchtop cooking, microwave and a breakfast bar. There's a small living area with 3 seater lounge and a TV. We have hybrid flooring throughout . Floors are well vacuumed and mopped prior to every guest to ensure your stay is comfortable. There are locked cupboards for the hosts private items and supplies. Please do not try to open as there will be a cost if there is any damages. Free wi-fi . The carport at the front doubles as an outdoor area with a small table, 2 chairs, outdoor lounge and a hammock. We have a folding enclosure which provides a safer place for young children to play under supervision of adults at all times. It's also a great area to just relax, hear and see a little bit of the ocean. We are a self managed unit within a larger complex and there may be guests in the unit adjacent to your stay. Guest access The entire unit is for your personal use while you stay. Our unit is on flat ground, no stairs and has an approved disabled parking spot. Guests with walking devices have easy access however, not all doorways are wide enough for wheelchairs. Other things to note Our Unit is located towards the entrance of Brooms Head but still very close to the beach. It is within an older style apartment block and our unit has been fully renovated. Please see it's location on the aerial photo. Brooms Head is just so lovely, even in the July or September school holidays. Its a great time to see the whales and enjoy the milder weather. Our unit is a little away from the often busy holiday park in the centre of Brooms Head and is approximately 800m to the general store. Swimming is not limited by tide times close to our unit. It is limited further south along the beach. Lake Cakora is also available and is close by. We love its location and hope you do as well. Registration Details PID-STRA-51714
