Vacation home with sauna, conservatory and terrace with separate entrance in a quiet residential area, approx. 100 meters to the edge of the forest in Glashütten/Taunus-Schloßborn. Ideal starting point for both a vacation and a business stay. Frankfurt am Main, FRA Airport and the main train station are only about 30 km away. A shuttle service is available upon request for a fee. Public transportation is within about 5 minutes' walking distance. Separate apartment with conservatory, shower room and private entrance on the same property can also be booked on request. A shuttle service can be booked upon request for a fee. Public transportation can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The house is located in the district of Schloßborn, set back in the garden and you can reach it via a separate access. This is a 2-storey half-timbered building. The house stretches over 2 floors and has an open floor plan! Parkingpossiblefor cars on the street, available in the vicinity. Parking on the property on request and upon availability EUR 6.00/per night. Garage, if necessary, on request for a fee. Parkingpossible for scooters/motorcycle on the property, possibly for a fee. Beautiful, very quiet place in the middle of the Taunus Nature Park with high recreational value and about 2850 inhabitants. View over the place! The beautiful Taunus has the highest air and water quality to offer! Due to the absolutely quiet yet central location of the place, in the middle of Hesse and thus in the middle of Germany, the place is an ideal starting point for both a holiday stay and a professional stay. Spa towns such as Bad Homburg v.d.H., Bad Soden, Königstein, Kronberg and Wiesbaden, Bad Nauheim, with their attractions and baths are in the immediate vicinity. The Rhine, famous places such as Rüdesheim am Rhein, the vineyards, etc. are also only about 60 km away. The B8, A3, A5, A66 and A661 are a few km away. The house is about 2 minutes' walk from the edge of the forest, directly on the Taunus-Schinderhannes trail and only minutes to the course of the UNESCO World Heritage Limes (adventure trail). A beautiful outdoor pool with crystal clear, heated spring water, large water slide, large lawn and shade trees can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot (open from mid-May to mid-September). In about 2 minutes on foot there are a ristorante/pizzeria with restaurant and delivery service, a stationery shop with post, gift items, stationery, magazines and newspapers, etc. Within walking distance, about 5 minutes' walk, there is a bakery with café, Italian ice cream, food selection and Hermes as well as another pizzeria with delivery service. There is also a doctor/general practitioner and a dentist within walking distance! There is also a farm with a farm shop and a sales hut with 24-hour self-service. In the glassworks/Ts., which is about 2 km away and can also be reached on foot or by bus, all shopping facilities are available, including supermarket, discount store, butcher, flower shop, pharmacy, doctors, various restaurants, a cargarage and an Esso gas station.
