There is an indoor swimming pool and a spa area with saunas at the disposal of the estate's guests. There is a free private parking space at the back of the building. The door to the staircase and the apartment are opened electronically. The apartment has free wi-fi, a large selection of TV channels and access to Netflix. In the living room connected to the kitchen there is a 49-inch TV, a comfortable sofa with a full-size fold-out sleeping place for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils .
