Welcome to Bear River Farms! Our spacious two-bedroom suites can sleep up to 4 people. i.e. two befriended couples, couples that prefer separate bedrooms or families with children. We mostly accommodate craftsmen, crews, nurses, fisherman and house shoppers. Our 3 apartments are nestled on a working organic farm. We raise cows, pigs and chickens. This is the perfect location to re-create from a busy workday. Are you ready for the farm stay? We accept bookings for 28 nights and more. The space In case you are looking for white, airconditioned hotel room with comforters and flat screen tv, then this is NOT for you. Our rustic suites with a touch of a Swiss Chalet are simple, clean and cozy. They are situated in a separate building and offer individual entrances. From the small deck you overlook a large pasture and you will have the cows grazing just 15' away from your window. Each suite offers a dining table with four chairs in the entrance area and two separate bed rooms. The basic set up is that one room is a double King Size and the other is a twin room. This can be changed into 2 King Size or two twin rooms. A European mattrass will make you sleep like an Angel and each room offers free high speed WIFI, a desk and two chairs. The Bath offers a shower stall, a toilet and a vanity with mirror and towels. Our community dining area can seat 12-15 people and features a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a gas range. Coffee and Tea are complementary. Bed Linen and towels will be changed by arrangement. Floors and bathrooms will be cleaned every 2 weeks. Laundry can be washed on site for a small fee. Our Apartments are ideal for crews of up to 4 people, couples preferring separate bedrooms, two companioned couples or families travelling with grown up children. We do have 3 apartments and can host up to 12 people total. We mostly accommodate craftsmen, crews, nurses, fisherman and house shoppers. Our guests are free to wander around our grain and hay fields or to go for a hike in the woods. Guest access All our apartments are situated on a working organic farm. You are welcome to explore our 254 acres with fields, pastures, woods and endless trails. All our visitors have access to a shared dining area with a community kitchen and a rustic outside area with fire pit and sun chairs. The perfect place to watch the cows grazing or to count the stars at night. Other things to note Please be aware that our place is a working farm.
