All kind of tourist amenities (restaurants, water parks, whitewashed villages, Benidorm…) are within a range of 30 to 40 minutes. Car is essential, however. Groundfloor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen. Ground floor: 1 independent apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small kitchennette-sitting room with 1 sofa bed. Pets are welcome outside the house. The plot is fully fenced so it is also safe for children. Barbeque by the swimmingpool. Playground for adults and children. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. All rooms have independent air conditioning units. Parking space for 2 cars. Easy access to the highway to visit all the whitewashed villages in Costa Blanca, Javea, Altea and Benidorm. A second 30% advance payment should be paid before 30 days of checking-in date.
