VILLA KAWAZU -Wan's- is a private house situated in the mountains, yet only 　10 minutes away from Imaihama Beach. The house boasts 150㎡ of space, featuring 4LDK layout along with a dedicated dog run. It's an ideal place to create wonderful memories with your beloved furry friends. Pet Stay Pricing: There is no charge for up to 2 dogs. For more than two dogs, there is an additional charge of 4,000 yen per dog, per night. The space NOTE: Please be aware that there are neighbors living nearby. Kindly consider minimizing noise, including barking, after 9PM out of respect for them. *HOUSE The layout of this house is 4LDK, featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 Japanese-style room, a bathroom, and 2 toilets. Please feel free to utilize the provided amenities, which include a microwave, gas stoves, fridge, pots, and an oven toaster. *BEDROOM Bedrooms and bedding arrangements are as follows. 1F bedroom: 1 double bed 2F bedroom#1: 2 semi-double beds 2F bedroom#2: 2 semi-double beds Japanese-style room: 3 Japanese matteresses(Futon) *Double bed is for 2 people. Up to 9 guests can stay. *AMENITIES We provide the following amenities as standard:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, a hair dryer, cotton swabs, a razor, and other amenities. We provide a set of bath towel and face towel for each guest. You can reuse them by using the washing machine. *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, pots, bowls, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. *Pet Supplies toilet seat, litter bags, and wet wipes are provided. *PROJECTOR Enjoy Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and more. Please note that for viewing paid content or other streaming services (such as Netflix or Hulu), guests must provide their own accounts. Other things to note ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Parking++ There is a car parking space for up to 4 cars which should be parallel parking. ++Taxi++ Please note that there are no taxis available in this area after 5 PM. ++BBQ++ There is a charge of 1500 yen to use a charcoal grill for your entire stay. We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, and griddles. Please remember to bring your own charcoal and your preferred food for the BBQ.  Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds at Imaihama Beach. It takes approximately 13-minute by walk. ++Number of guests++ If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Regarding the Surrounding Environment++ During your stay, external factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors may be present. As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservation. ++Regarding Room Issues++ If you have concerns about odors, stains, or other conditions within the room, we will inspect the situation in your presence. Please note that if you check out without prior consultation, we cannot offer discounts or refunds. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy before making your reservation. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you. ++Late Check-Out Policy++ In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
