In the living room, there is a fold-out corner sofa bed, with a sleeping area of 160x200 and a set of bedding, a TV (smart TV), a table and 4 chairs, so you can comfortably eat breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a fridge, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, glasses, cups, pots, plates, cutlery, bowls, everything you need to prepare a meal. After a day full of impressions and work, you can relax in a separate bedroom, with a continental bed, 160x200. The bedroom has a desk with a comfortable chair and a workspace. For those who like to read, there are books, and game lovers will also find a few options. There are parking spaces around the tenement house, free of charge between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. Guest access The entire apartment is at the disposal of guests.
