Villa Amamose Dafne's house, a magic retreat

Casa Dafne is part of the ancient Ligurian villa Amamòse located in the historic village of Bracelli, just a 10-minute drive from the Vara River and 20 minutes from the sea and the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dafne's house is one of the beautiful apartments in the converted villa Amamòse situated in Bracelli, an historic Ligurian village, just 10 minutes drive from the Vara river and 20 minutes from the beautiful Cinque Terre National Park sea (UNESCO world heritage site) The space The villa has just been renovated, trying to fully enhance the elements that make up the architectural tradition of the medieval village and the local farmhouses. It also has a large garden overlooking the beautiful Val di Vara, with a large lawn ideal for relaxing during a sunny day, or for letting your children play. Casa Dafne is one of the beautiful apartments into which the villa has been divided. It is spread over 2 levels, and has a separate entrance, wooden floors, stone walls and ceilings with exposed beams, 3 large bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchenette, dining table, a fireplace and a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). It does not have direct access to the garden but you have to leave the apartment to enter through a green door. It has its own designated area in the common garden equipped with an outdoor lounge, a large table with chairs and two parasols. The Villa has just been refurbished to a high standard, following all the traditional aesthetic guidelines shared by most of the medieval villages in this area. It also has a huge garden overlooking the beautiful Val di Vara, with plenty of lawns and space for relaxing on a sunny day or children's play. Dafne's house is one of the beautiful apartments in this converted villa. Set on two levels, it has its own private entrance, wooden floors, stone walls and wood rafted ceilings, 3 big bedrooms, a spacious living room with a well refurbished kitchen, a dining area, a fireplace and a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). It does not have direct access to the garden, which can be reached by a small green door close to the apartment door. But in the garden there is a designated Dafne's area with a big outdoor couch, a big table with chairs and 2 sun umbrellas. Guest access It is correct to specify here, since Airbnb gives the possibility to set additional costs only with respect to the number of people, that if you book for 2 a double bedroom will be prepared for you, that if you book from 3 to 4 people two double bedrooms will be prepared for you, while the third will be locked or left without sheets, if you book for 5 or 6 people 3 double bedrooms and if you book for 7 or 8 people 3 double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. So if you want to use more rooms than the number of people, you can adjust to what has just been explained above, thank you very much. Relax in the beautiful garden overlooking the valley and enjoy the entire apartment for yourself. We will do our best to always answer all your questions and give you advice about restaurants, places to see and activities to do in the area. We will also leave a sheet at the entrance of the apartment, where you can find a list of our favorite restaurants, beautiful trips and activities to do and places, in our opinion, not to be missed. It's very important and quite fair to explain here, since Airbnb doesn't allow you to set an extra fee on the number of bedrooms used but just on the number of people, that if you will book for 2 people we will prepare for you 1 double bedroom, 3 or 4 people we will prepare for you 2 double bedrooms, if you will book for 5 or 6 people 3 double bedrooms and if you will book for 7 or 8, three double bedrooms plus the sofa bed in the living room. Children up to 2-3 years old are not considered adults. So in order to have more rooms available for you than the ones explained above, you will need to book for more people. Thank you very much. Other things to note - There is WiFi in the villa, but unfortunately we do not have a very powerful connection because fiber has not yet been installed in the entire municipality. - We kindly ask our guests to check in from 3:30 p.m. and check out before 10:00 a.m. and to let us know the exact time of their arrival at least three days before their stay. For those who are unable to respect these times, we can be flexible and meet us only on the condition that our guests let us know their arrival time at least a week before, so that we can organize ourselves with our other work commitments.
