Villa Amamose Dafne's house, a magic retreat

Casa Dafne is part of the ancient Ligurian villa Amamòse located in the historic village of Bracelli, just 10 minutes by car from the Vara River and 20 minutes from the sea and the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dafne's house is one of the beautiful apartments in the converted villa Amamòse situated in Bracelli,an historic ligurian village,just 10 minutes drive from the Vara river and 20 minutes from the beautiful Cinque Terre National Park sea(UNESCO world heritage site) The space The villa has just been renovated trying to fully enhance the elements constituting the architectural tradition of the medieval village and the rural houses of the place. It also has a large garden overlooking the beautiful Val di Vara, with a large lawn ideal for relaxing during a sunny day, or for playing with your children. Casa Dafne is one of the beautiful apartments in which the villa has been divided. It extends over 2 levels, and is equipped with a separate entrance, wooden floors, stone walls and ceilings with exposed beams, 3 large bedrooms, a large living room with kitchenette, dining table,a fireplace and a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms(one of which en suite) .It does not have direct access to the garden but you have to leave the apartment to enter through a green door. It has its designated area in the common garden equipped with an outdoor living room, a large table with chairs and two umbrellas. The Villa has just been refurbished to a high standard, following all the traditional aesthetic guidelines shared by most of the medieval villages of this area. It has also a huge garden overlooking the beautiful Val di Vara, with plenty of lawns and space for relaxing on a sunny day or children’s play. Dafne’s house is one of the beautiful apartments in this converted villa. Set on two levels, it has its own private entrance,wooden floors, stone walls and wood rafted ceilings, 3 big bedrooms, a spacious living room with a well refurbished kitchen,a dining area,a fireplace and a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms(one of which en suite). It hasn’t a direct access to the garden, that can be reached by a little green door close to the apartment door. But in the garden there is a designed Dafne’s area with a big outdoor couch, a big table with chairs and 2 sunrapair umbrellas. Guest access It is correct to specify here , since Airbnb gives the possibility to set additional costs only with respect to the number of people,that if you book for 2 a double room will be prepared for you, that if you book from 3 to 4 people two double bedrooms will be prepared for you, while the third will be locked or left without sheets, if you book for 5 or 6 people 3 double bedrooms and if you book for 7 or 8 people 3 double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. so if you want to use more rooms than the number of people, you can adjust to what has just been explained above, thank you very much. Relax in the beautiful garden overlooking the valley and enjoy the whole apartment for yourself. We will do our best to always answer all your questions and give you advice about restaurants, places to see and activities to do in the area. We will also leave a sheet at the entrance of the apartment, where you can find a list of our favorite restaurants, beautiful trips and activities to do and places, in our opinion, not to be missed. It's very important and quite fair to explain here, since airbnb doesn't allow to set an extra fee on the number of bedrooms used but just on the number of people, that if you wil book for 2 people we will prepare for you 1 doublebedroom, 3or4 people we will prepare for you 2 doublebedrooms, if you book for5 or 6 people 3 doublebedroom and if you will book for 7 or 8, three doublebedrooms plus the sofabed in the livingroom. Chidrens until 2-3 years old are not considered as adults. So in order to have more rooms available for you than the ones explained above, you will need to book for more people, thank you very much. Relax in the beautiful garden overlooking the valley and enjoy the whole apartment to yourselves. We will always do our best to answer any questions or give recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and activities do. Moreover you can find a note at the entrance of the apartment with all our suggestions about restaurants, bars, attractions,and places worth visiting. Other things to note - In the villa there is WiFi but unfortunately we do not have a very powerful connection because the fiber has not yet been installed in the entire municipality. -We would kindly ask our guests to check in from 3:30 pm and check out before 10:00 am and let us know the exact time of their arrival at least three days before their stay. For those who are unable to meet these schedules, we can only be flexible and only meet the condition that our guests let us know their arrival time at least a week in advance, so that we can organize with our other work commitments. Thank you very much - It is important to know that the villa has a WiFi connection but it is not super strong since it hasn't been installed fiber yet in the entire valley . -We ask our guests to let us kindly to self check in from 3:30 p.m. onward and to check out before 10 a.m. It's not allowed to move outdoor tables and chairs around or to use table and chairs belonging to other apartments.
