The space This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is nestled in the hip 'urban village' of Bernal Heights in San Francisco. The house is beautifully remodeled, with an open kitchen with granite countertops, brand new appliances, and hardwood floors. The master bedroom is spacious and has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom is smaller, with a full-size bed (sleeps 2) and a desk. The third bedroom is perfect for a child with a twin loft bed, desk, and bookcase. The fourth bedroom has it's own private entrance and 1/2 bath ensuite. This room has a daybed + trundle (which can be pushed together as a king or set up as two twins). Air mattress is available upon advance request. There are also two living areas with couches. The house is close to 1850 square feet with a beautiful enclosed backyard garden with a gas grill. Amenities include free WiFi, a premium cable TV package, DVD/Bluray, stereo with surround sound, home security system with direct monitoring, and parking for one car right in front of the house. The house can be set up for children. It is just a mile from BART with easy access to Freeways 101, 280, and several MUNI lines. Drive to Pier 39 or Fisherman's Wharf in 20 minutes. The house is perfect for a group or a family. Easy street parking for multiple cars. There is no residential parking permit required for this area of Bernal Heights. Bernal Heights itself has numerous excellent restaurants in easy walking distance and we are also close to various playgrounds, tennis courts, and beautiful parks. Guest access Full access to the entire home. Private, secluded garden with BBQ and trampoline (optional). Other things to note This is our family home, which we only rent out when we are traveling. This is not set up as permanent corporate type housing which many AIrBnBs are now doing in San Francisco.
