Our Residence is located just 350m from Viennese Prater in a peaceful side street. You can reach our place stop "Praterstern" from the airport with a direct train connection without any extra hassle. Stephansdome is less than 5 minutes and exhibition center just 10 minutes by Metro away. Danube Canal, countless bars, restaurants, grocery stores the world famous restaurant “Schweizerhaus” and many more just around the corner from the building. The space Tourist attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace, Naschmarkt, Belvedere Palace, Hofburg, Rathaus, Burgtheater are within a very easy reach by metro away. We have decorated this place a lot of love and eye for details to make you feel like home. Our brand newly renovated residence is overlooking a quiet backside area without any noise from traffic and will guarantee you a pleasant stay after a whole day of exploring Vienna. It's a one bedroom apartment, located on the first floor. It has a spacious living room/bedroom with a brand new comfy double bed (180*200), separated kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower head and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find the basics such as salt, oil, sugar, coffee, and tea in the kitchen and anything else you may need. Affordable grocery stores can be found steps away from our apartment. We have hairdryer, iron, and iron board ready for you as well The parking place is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment and costs between 6€ -8€ for a day. (6€ if you park if APCOA FLOW App and 8€ if you buy a paper ticket): No late check-in charges! Is there still something missing you need to have during your stay then please let us know. Guest access you can use everything in apartment Other things to note - Check-in is from 13:00. check out has been by 10 am unless otherwise agreed - No Pets - Smoking is not allowed in the flat - No illegal use of Wi-Fi! - Please be aware the apartment is a regular home, not an after hour club, so no parties, no drugs, no loud music/TV, etc. Police will fine when complaints are made after 22:00 (10 pm) or before 07:00 (7 am) - Treat the apartment as if it were your own and keep in mind that you have neighbors. - At the time of departure please make sure the apartment is tidy, the dishes are done, the garbage is bagged and the oven, hob and fridge/freezer are clean. - Any stuff will taken from the apartment such as towels, hairdryer etc. will be deducted from your deposit payment - All keys must be returned upon departure. Loss of Key will be charged an extra fee of EUR 100.
