Casa Magnolia has been recently refurbished and used as a vacation home in a quiet village 7 km from Pisa and its famous Piazza dei Miracoli. 8 km away is the sea (Marina di Vecchiano, Parco Naturale di Massaciuccoli) and 15 km away Viareggio and La Versilia. Easily reachable Lucca (10 km), Livorno (20 km), Florence (60 km). The space Our property offers a large kitchen with oven,stove and refrigerator. Pans,pans , various dishes, coffee machine and toaster are available. A bathroom with bathtub and shower, available to the guest towels and sheets for the 2 double bedrooms.In addition there is a living room where a single bed is located. Outside the house a small laundry room with washing machine. A gabezo will greet you for your dinners/lunches on the hottest days.
