House on the shore of Katun

We are located on the banks of the turquoise Katun River, at the foot of the Altai Mountains in the village of Ust-Sema, 50 km from Gorno-Altaysk. Available to you is: 🏡A warm, cozy, two-room guest house with a stove, an equipped kitchen-living room and all amenities: toilet and shower. A living room with panoramic windows and a terrace overlooking the Katun River and mountains. Private access to the river with a sandy beach. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, with a double bed, 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The space Two separate rooms and a kitchen-living room, a shower room with a washing machine. Access to the terrace overlooking the Katun and the mountains, descent to the river with a sandy beach (when the water is low).
