The space A very special house with a touch of Mediterranean flair in the middle of Swabia is waiting for nice interim tenants during our stay abroad. A cozy family house from 1912 awaits you on two levels, lovingly renovated with many old details (plank floor, wooden staircase, door fittings). Eat comfortably at the large oak table in the living-dining area or enjoy the golden autumn on the lounge of the garden terrace. For toddlers, there is a small fleet of vehicles in the outdoor area, a playhouse and a garden with a sandbox that invites you to splash and try things out. The house has a new, fully equipped kitchen (induction field, microwave, dishwasher, oven, as well as all appliances for daily needs), two toilets, bathroom with shower and bathtub, living-dining area with access to the terrace and reading corner in the library, two bedrooms (one bedroom with XXL family bed (2.70 m x 2 m + baby extra bed), a children's room with sliding bunk bed and a sleeping place under the slide, each 0.9 m x 2 m). A changing table is available in the walk-in closet. The house is well equipped for everyday needs with toddlers (2 high chairs, also with baby attachment, toys, books, stroller, etc.). Our house is located in a purely residential area in the Beihingen district. All facilities for everyday needs are within walking distance (bakery, supermarket, doctor, children's playground, etc.). Also within walking distance is the train station, from where you can get to Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart (20 min), but Marbach and Backnang are also served (S4, 15-30 min intervals). A 15-minute walk takes you to the marketplace in Freiberg, where a weekly market takes place twice a week Freiberg is a municipality with 16,000 inhabitants and is wonderfully connected. In addition to the S-Bahn, the A81 highway can also be reached in a few minutes, from where you can reach the airport in Stuttgart, for example. The proximity to Ludwigsburg is particularly attractive, where numerous restaurants, the Residenzschloss, the Favoritepark and the marketplace invite you to linger.
