Charming house with garden, ideal for families

You can spend time with your loved ones at this family-friendly home. The space A very special house with a touch of Mediterranean flair in the middle of Swabia is waiting for nice intermediate tenants, during our stay abroad. On two levels awaits you a cozy family house from 1912, lovingly renovated with many old details (floorboards, wooden stairs, door fittings). Eat comfortably at the large oak table in the living-dining area or enjoy the golden autumn on the lounge of the garden terrace. For toddlers, there is a small car park outside, a playhouse and a garden with a sandpit, which invites you to mud and try. The house has a new, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven, as well as all the appliances of daily use), two toilets, bathroom with shower and bathtub, living-dining area with access to the terrace and reading corner in the library, two bedrooms (one bedroom with XXL family bed (2.70 mx2m + baby cot), a children's room with high bed and a sleeping space under the slide each 0.9mx2m). A changing table is available in the walk-in closet. The house is well equipped for daily needs with toddlers (2 high chairs, also with baby attachment, toys, books, buggy, etc.). Our house is located in a pure residential area in the Beihingen district. All facilities for daily needs are within walking distance (bakery, supermarket, doctor, children's playground, etc.). Also within walking distance is the train station, from where you can reach Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart (20min), but also Marbach and Backnang are approached (S4, 15-30min cycle). A 15-minute walk takes you to the market square in Freiberg, where a weekly market takes place twice a week. Freiberg is a municipality with 16,000 inhabitants and wonderfully connected. In addition to the S-Bahn, the A81 motorway can also be reached in a few minutes, from where you can reach the airport in Stuttgart, for example. The proximity to Ludwigsburg is particularly attractive, where numerous restaurants, the Residenzschloss, the Favoritepark and the market place invite you to linger.
