Two bedrooms: the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to store your personal belongings. The second bedroom has three single beds, making it particularly convenient for families with children or groups of friends. Two full bathrooms: one of the features our guests appreciate most, especially when travelling in a group of 4 or 5. Both bathrooms have a shower and towels. Kitchen and dining area: the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator and microwave, allowing you to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals together. Comfort for longer stays too: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SMART TV and a washing machine make the apartment practical and comfortable even for guests spending several days in Rome. San Giovanni and Metro A & C: the apartment is located in an authentic and well-served neighbourhood, with supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Metro lines A and C are just a few minutes' walk away, providing convenient connections to the city centre and many areas of Rome. The Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano is also within easy reach. For those who enjoy exploring the city on foot, the Colosseum can also be reached by walking. For stays over 6 nights there is a mandatory linen change with an additional cost of 15 € per change.
