Vacation home with balcony and terrace The space The quiet, very cozy house on the edge of the forest has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, a separate mattress and a children's travel cot. On the ground floor you will find a very cozy living room with a modern electric fireplace and an additional wood-burning stove for heating and a fully furnished, new kitchen-living room with dining area. Firewood included. In the entrance area there is a wardrobe, a large hallway with additional coat hooks and shelf, a storage room, a small toilet and the staircase. Upstairs are the two spacious bedrooms with double beds - one with access to the balcony. The bedrooms were renovated in 2023 and equipped with new furniture. Between the bedrooms is the large bathroom with shower. All rooms have exposed beams, which gives the house its special touch. The main entrance is on the backside of the house on the edge of the forest. To the south, the house has a terrace with access to the garden. Comfortable garden furniture, a parasol and a grill are available there. In the garden there is a NEW! private barrel sauna in the form of a cube with a spacious covered rest terrace overlooking the adjacent forest. This can only be used by guests of the vacation home Maria and the neighboring vacation home. From the garden of the houses you can go directly into the adjacent forest to relax, take a walk or let the children experience the forest (collect moss and stones, throw pine cones, play hide and seek...) A high chair, crib and games are available for families. There is also a children's playground in the forest holiday village.
