Hello and welcome to our apartment 1 in the heart of the seaport city of Emden. Renovated in early 2022, our approx. 45 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor offers comfort with attention to detail and water views. Just a few steps away, you can experience maritime flair combined with history, culture, entertainment, good food and drink. Even as a cyclist, you and your bikes are in good hands with us. Among other things, the North Sea Coastal Cycle Path leads virtually past our house. The space In our sun-drenched (2-room) apartment 1 with large window fronts, you can already take a look at the water as you get up before having a cozy breakfast in the separate dining area. The modern bathroom with large shower cubicle and vanity offers every comfort and the kitchen also has everything you need to prepare smaller meals. Of course, you also have a magnificent view of the water from the cozy leather set in the bright living room while enjoying your freshly prepared Senseo coffee or a delicious cup of tea. In addition to free Wi-Fi, this apartment also has two TVs. We have an air bed for a third guest. Guest access If necessary and subject to availability, we are happy to offer you a garage at the house for a fee during your stay. However, you will also find free and paid public parking in the immediate vicinity of the property. You do not need a car because of the central location of the apartments on site. Your bikes are safely stored in our ground-level bicycle room. If necessary, you can also charge your e-bikes directly here. Other things to note Of course, the linen package (bed linens and towels) and a kitchen starter package are already included in the rental price. A washing machine and a dryer are also available free of charge in the laundry room. For longer stays of 10 days or more, we are happy to offer an intermediate cleaning and another laundry package free of charge.
