Welcome to our apartment! This unique place is located in the very heart of Kraków, right next to the Main Train Station and railway hub 🚉🧳, making it easy and convenient to reach. The city’s top attractions are just steps away! Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the Main Market Square, Galeria Krakowska, and historical landmarks 🏰🍽️🛍️ We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed here, and we hope your stay will make your memories of Kraków even more special 😊💛 The space The apartment is located in a historic tenement house right next to the Main Train Station and the MDA Bus Station, making it incredibly easy to reach any part of Kraków 🚉 Within a 5-minute walk, you can also find yourself at Galeria Krakowska, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes – definitely a great convenience during your stay away from home 🛍 The flat is situated on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment consists of: 3 separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and one bathroom. 🍳🛋 Living Room with Kitchenette: - Double sofa bed, - Smart TV, - 2 coffee tables, - Dining area with a table and 4 chairs, - Full-sized refrigerator with freezer, - 4-burner induction hob, - Kettle, - Dishwasher, - Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine (a few capsules will be provided to start your stay), - All essential kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans, allowing you to prepare meals. 🛏️ Bedroom 1: - Double sofa bed, - Desk, swivel chair, and lamp, creating a perfect workspace, - Wardrobes for storing your belongings. 🛏️ Bedroom 2: - Double bed, - Desk, swivel chair, and lamp, - Wardrobes for storing your belongings. 🛏️ Bedroom 3: - Double bed, - Desk, swivel chair, and lamp, - Wardrobes for storing your belongings. 🚿 Bathroom: - Shower, - Toilet. IMPORTANT: The apartment does not have air conditioning, but we will provide fans for your stay. Please consider this detail when planning your comfort. Additionally, the hallway includes a washing machine and a drying rack (not dryer machine) – we provide 2 laundry capsules per stay in case you need to do some washing. 🧹🧴 You’ll also have access to a vacuum cleaner, iron, and mop, should the need arise. The apartment is equipped like a standard home, making it perfect for both short and long stays. If you’re unsure about what’s available, feel free to contact us! ☕ For your convenience, we provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper – perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a hot drink during your stay. We provide shower gel, shampoo, towels, and, of course, fresh bed linens. If you need additional towels or a linen change during your stay, let us know – we’ll be happy to arrange it for an additional fee. :) 📶 The apartment has a WIFI connection. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment 🏡. Check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00 ⏰ Check-out is by 12:00 PM ⏳. If you wish to check-in/check-out at a different time, as long as it’s possible (no reservations / other guests check out earlier / later), we’ll have no problem with that. Just let us know 😊 IMPORTANT: 🚪 Check-in is conducted in person with one of our staff members. Please note that self check-in is not available. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a late check-in fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR applies. At check-in, someone will always come to give you the keys 🔑 and let you into the apartment. We will then explain how the heating/water heater works 🔥 or anything that might be unusual, so you won’t have any surprises! During check-in, we can also share a bit about Kraków 🏙️, so if you have any questions, we’ll have time to answer them 😊. Check-out is usually without us 🚪. You will find instructions in the apartment 📜 Other things to note We are at your disposal before your arrival and throughout your stay. 😊 While we don’t have a physical reception on-site, you can always contact us via Airbnb or by phone. If you need a cot, baby bathtub, or other essentials, feel free to ask - we’ll check availability and do our best to provide them. 🧴 In the bathroom, you will find shower toiletries - please kindly do not take them with you. 📄 According to our listing and applicable regulations, all guests are required to provide a valid ID and complete a registration form prior to arrival. Without completing the form (which will be sent via a secure link through the platform), we are unable to officially register your stay or provide the access codes to the apartment. This procedure ensures the safety of our guests and the property. Your personal information is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification. It is never used in a way that compromises your privacy and is accessible only to the secure registration system we use. All check-in instructions and access codes are sent only after the form has been completed. In case the form is not submitted, a personal meeting with one of our staff members will be required at a pre-arranged time to verify your ID. 🛂 On the day of your arrival, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, we will provide detailed self-check-in instructions. Please note: receiving this information requires prior completion of the registration form. ⏰ We kindly ask you to check out on time on the day of departure. A late check-out fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR per each started hour will apply if check-out is delayed. 🧳 As hosts, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the apartment. Please make sure the door is securely locked each time you leave the apartment. In case of lost keys, guests will be charged for the replacement of the entire lock. 🚭 For the comfort of all our guests and in line with safety regulations, smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of 400 PLN will be charged. 🧻 Please note that basic supplies such as toilet paper, laundry capsules, and dishwasher tablets are provided only at the start of your stay. If you need more during your visit, we kindly ask you to purchase them on your own. ❗ In the event that the keys to the apartment are lost by the Guest, the Guest will be charged the full cost of replacing the lock and providing a new set of keys. The total amount will be determined based on the actual cost of locksmith services and lock replacement. 🚫 Although we love animals, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment. Thank you for your understanding. 🔊 This apartment is located in an area with a moderate noise level. It’s not particularly loud, but also not completely quiet. You’ll have a comfortable stay, but please keep in mind that the surroundings are quite lively. We would like to inform you in advance that our apartment is located in a building managed by a residential community, where most of the residents are elderly. They are particularly sensitive to any noise disturbances, which is why parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. This rule is clearly stated in our listing, and any violation may result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
