The apartment is located in the historic center of Perugia on the top floor of the ancient Palazzo Coppoli (12th century Perugian family), located in the upper part of Via Ulisse Rocchi and very close to Piazza IV Novembre, Fontana Maggiore and the University for Foreigners. The apartment is furnished with late 19th century furniture and vintage 1970s style and is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 6 people. Costs include linens and towels. Discounts for extended periods The space The apartment is on the top floor of an old building in the historic center of Perugia The apartment, about 110 square meters, is on the fourth and top floor and consists of a large double bedroom with bathroom (without shower) and external balcony, a double bedroom, a large single bedroom (a bed can be added upon request), kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room and living room with small terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove and is equipped with kitchenware. In the main bathroom, there is a washing machine. In the living room and in the double bedroom there is an LCD TV. Given the large size of the rooms, extra beds can be provided. There is a WiFi network that can be used free of charge by guests Only the owner's brother lives in the building in an apartment on the first floor. The historic center of Perugia is a limited traffic zone, which is still freely accessible by car from Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 12:00 am and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am to 12:00 am. During opening hours you can arrive by car at Piazza Ansidei which is about 30 m. from the apartment. There is a covered public parking lot for a fee about 200 meters away. Within 50 meters of the apartment there are several restaurants, bars, a grocery store and a bakery/pastry shop.
