15th-century residence – in the heart of Lecce’s historic center

In the heart of Lecce's Baroque, “Suite '400” is an ancient residence, located a stone's throw from the city's main points of interest. A 1-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Croce, 2 minutes from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, the Duomo, the Roman Theater, the Carlo V Castle, and the Roman Amphitheater and just 10 km from the marinas. The ancient 15th-century residence has been finely restored, preserving the charm of the historical era to which it belongs. The property offers a refined atmosphere. The space The ancient dwelling dates back to the 1400s. It consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed and a single bed (it is possible to have two single beds or to combine them into a double bed for stays of at least one week). In addition, there is a small open space. Guests will have the entire property to themselves, which has Wi-Fi throughout. Guest access Guests will have the entire property at their disposal for exclusive use. For 2 guests, 1 double bedroom. For 3-4 guests, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with French sofa bed and single bed). If 2 guests prefer to sleep in two separate bedrooms, we accommodate any request with a surcharge of €25 per night. Other things to note Other things to note: The apartment is located in the historic center, the most exclusive area of Lecce, within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). However, if you arrive between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., you can drive up to the apartment to unload your luggage (excluding holidays). Just a 3-minute walk away, outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), paid parking is available on Via Adua (blue lines: €0.60/hr, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00 PM–9:00 PM, free on holidays). Alternatively, also on Via Adua, there is a secure parking lot: €7.50/day, from midnight to midnight). Otherwise, the university parking lot on Via Adua is always free. In addition, on Via Pozzuolo and Via Valesio, less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment, parking is free (white lines).
