Merrijig is a spacious three-bedroom home sleeping up to six guests plus a cot. The entrance hall on the ground floor leads to two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, plus an additional toilet with hand basin. Upstairs is the main living area, with a large sitting room featuring a wood-burning stove and sliding doors onto a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside, along with a door to a small rear patio and the garden. The space The upstairs kitchen is generously sized with a dining table and adjoining utility area, and there is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin. The third bedroom, also upstairs, has twin beds and a cot. All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, including built-in wardrobes in two rooms and chests of drawers throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large electric range cooker with dual oven and induction hob, along with a full range of cookware, utensils, crockery and glassware. The living room has a television with Freesat, and wifi is available throughout at no extra cost. An iron, ironing board and hairdryers are provided. Bed linen and towels are included, and electricity and heating costs are covered in the price, with central heating controlled by adjustable thermostats. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided on arrival, along with other basic provisions and cleaning materials. Outside, the enclosed and private rear garden has a slightly sloping lawn, a paved patio area with a large picnic table, and additional table and chairs. A path runs to the side of the garden, and a side gate with steps leads down to the front of the property. Off-road parking is available on the drive for two cars, with further free parking on the roadside if needed. This is a non-smoking property and dogs are not accepted. It is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility and there is no wheelchair access.
