The apartment is on the first floor and has its own access at the back of the building. Right in front of the house is a parking space. The terrace leads to the apartment equipped for 4 people. The large eat-in kitchen, with floor-to-ceiling window elements, invites you to cook together and allows you to dine indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. For sleeping, there is a small room with two single beds and a larger bedroom with a box spring bed. A cozy sofa and TV corner are integrated in the large bedroom. The daylight shower room also offers enough space and is modernly furnished.
