In our cozy and luxuriously furnished vacation home, you can forget the stress of everyday life at any time of the year. Notes on additional costs and fees: Please note that during the New Year's Eve week, the property can only be booked weekly at a fixed price, arrival and departure day Saturday. € 150 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent (over New Year's Eve 200,- EUR). The security deposit will be refunded after departure, less the additional costs. Costs for electricity (€0.50/kWh) and water (€6.50/m³) are billed according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the paid security deposit. Bed and bath linens can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. Parking near the house is free of charge. Another parking space can be rented for a fee. In winter, enjoy the view from our bright gallery into the snowy dune forest and the sea, take long walks on the beach and spend the evenings with a good glass of red wine in front of the fireplace. An electric heater provides the basic heat of the house. In the colder season, electric underfloor heating provides pleasant "foot warmth". In our large wellness bathroom, you can relax in the corner bathtub or sauna. The Baltic Sea, right outside the door, invites you to sunbathe and all kinds of activities in summer and autumn. The beach is kilometers long. The shallow, clean water, which only gradually deepens, gives pleasure to the whole family. Did you know? Rügen is one of the areas in Germany with the absolute highest number of hours of sunshine per year. This is accompanied by a very healthy maritime stimulating climate. Many have become addicted to fresh sea air! Please note: The houses in the beach park are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not permitted.
