There is a second sitting area by the dining table. The kitchen is spacious, with a breakfast table and has access to the garden. On this floor there are two bedrooms. One with double bed and en suite shower room. The second with twin beds and a separate bathroom with a corner jacuzzi-bath close by. From one of these bedrooms stairs leads down to the utility room. The upper floor offers a bedroom with double bed that has access to its own terrace with great open panoramic views. Separate shower room. The exterior is spacious, well kept. At the front of the house there is a charming lawned garden with Mediterranean plants and a small fish pond. The pool area and brick barbecue are at the back of the villa. From here you will enjoy lovely open views of the surroundings uncultivated areas with almond trees and the wonderful sea in the distance.
