Alternatively, you may prefer to sit at your own coffee bar and enjoy the water view, watching the boats go by. We are sometimes visited by some of the 65 dolphins that live in the Gippsland lakes, playing in the water and around your jetty. This unique property is tastefully decorated throughout with many interesting features, including beautiful art deco doors leading out to your private BBQ area overlooking the local wildlife. Guest access Access to the cottage, Parking area, and jetty berth Other things to note Access to Raymond Island is by Ferry only. Tickets are purchased when boarding via eftpos, $13 for a Car/Van/Ute, free to walk on. The ferry leaves every 20 minutes, with the final departure from Paynesville at 11:15 pm on weekdays and 12:15 am on the weekend. Linen is supplied at this property for the confirmed number of registered guests. Linen included: doonas, pillows, pillow cases, bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers. Guests will need to supply their own beach towels.
