The space The apartment is perfect for longer & shorter stay, its a family house with beautiful garden & neighbourhood. Beds are ready at your arrival. Complimentary basket is available. High speed of WIFI is available. Apotheek (PHARMACY) is round the corner, next to it the Bakkery is located which serves fresh breads and coffee, the super market LOUIS DELHAIZE is at 50 meters, Supermarket Carrefour market is at 100 meters, FRITIUUR - FAMOUS BELGIAN FRENCH FRIES is located around the corner. All the essentials toiletries are provided at the apartment. The apartment is strictly non-smoking place. No parties allowed - no loud music - no excessive noise. Noise complaints will be taken very seriously and there will be the penalty of 250 Euro. VERY IMPORTANT : The city tax 3 euro per person per night has to be paid on the arrival. Guest access The unregistered guest or unauthorised guest or visitor will be evicted on the spot.Any such victims will be charge fine of 250 euros. Other things to note The apartment is meant for leisure and holiday use, not for commercial meetings or photoshoot or to organize business meeting, unless both the parties agree beofre the booking.
