The villa is located on a hillside, offering breathtaking views on the rolling island landscape, and can accommodate families or group of friends in a beautiful, quiet setting. The facilities can cater for all the needs of a shorter or longer stay. The guests have access to the private swimming pool, the orchard, the olive grove, and the vineyard, the winery, the outdoor bathrooms and the chapel of St Nikolas. The space The villa is located on a property which stretches over 10 acres on a gently sloping hillside. It comprises two buildings which they have a private swimming pool each.The property also have a wine room, two vineyards and an orchard. The house is adjacent to a one-hundred year old room, the so-called steghathi, one of the oldest stone constructions of the island. The room, which has 1-metre thick stone walls and a traditional fireplace, has been fully renovated and converted into one of the bedrooms. It has a separate roofed entrance. The ground floor of the main house has two en-suite bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and an extra bathroom, all rooms with stone floors. The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms and leads to a three-level balcony with far-reaching views on the hilly countryside. All bedrooms and the living room have 40” TVs and WiFi access. The front porch is lined by tall palm trees and offers nice views on a fir/pine tree garden. At the side of the building there is a wide terrace with sitting and barbecue facilities, beautiful plants and flowers, and a veranda with great views. Attached to the terrace, at a slightly lower level, is the swimming pool, which has been designed to follow the curves of the adjacent rock. The door leading to the pool can be locked for safety reasons. Around the pool are olive trees, while local herbs growing on the rock delight the visitors’ senses. There is a wooden veranda and a roofed pool bar, equipped with a sink and fridge. Guest access The guests have access to the private swimming pool, the orchard, the olive grove, the vineyard, the winery, the outdoor toiletes and bathrooms , the stone built private barbecue the helipad and the chapel of St Nicholas. The property is approximately 10 acres in total. Other things to note As the chapel of St Nicholas (Aghios Nikolaos) lies right next to the property, it is an ideal location for wedding receptions, christenings, and other social events. Our guests receive a welcome basket with fruit, our homemade wine and raki spirit and olive oil. House Rules Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
