The shops and restaurants of IOP are steps away! The space This updated first floor condo in Sea Cabins building C has a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge and oven. There is seating for three at the kitchen table and also at the counter. Sleeping arrangements -Queen bed master bedroom with a 50" FireTV -2 Kids bunk beds (24"x72") -Pullout couch in the living room Guest access Guests have access to two private beach, access gates, the pool (unheated, open year round) , the private fishing, pier, and the bathrooms. Note: next to the pool is a small kiddie pool Coin laundry (also payable with an app) is located in the building with the bathrooms by the pool. You have exclusive access to the condo and your parking pass will be waiting on the counter upon arrival. Guests receive one parking pass. You can’t beat this central location! Other things to note -this is a first floor condo, there are six stairs to the main walkway so the condo is not wheelchair accessible. -the community charcoal grills and picnic areas are located by each beach access. We do not store flammable items in the unit so plan to buy charcoal if you want to grill out. -there is no in unit clothes washer/dryer- coin laundry is located in the same buildings as the bathrooms by the pool -the Sea Cabins' pool is not actively heated so although it is warm in Charleston most of the year, in the colder months the pool temps can be a bit chilly - this is a first floor condo- you can see the ocean from the back porch but the views are obviously better from higher floors -the Sea Cabins have been a key part of IOP downtown for the past 40 years. The buildings have a brand new exterior, roof, and we have fully updated our interior but oceanfront property requires constant maintenance. Please let us know if you notice any necessary repairs so that we can take care of them swiftly. - We encourage you to rent bikes or a moped to get around! (golf carts are not allowed)
