On street parking is plentiful, public transport and close motorways. Better still no more than 10 minutes walk to Ponsonby, Eden Park, Western Springs or Karangahape Roads. Please note that apartment is the entire bottom level of the villa. Soundproofing has been a priority with the installation of a double flooring containing soundproofing insulation inbetween. Our feedback tells us that guests prefer to use the office space as well. Sofa bed can be made up at your discretion linen provided in the laundry linen cupboard.
