I have no personal items inside the apartment, and everything inside is purchased new for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment including bed/bath linen is professionally cleaned after checkout of every previous guest. The kitchen has a compact coffee maker, bread toaster and essential kitchen utensils if you decide to cook.
