Experience Bremen's beautiful old town from our MEL&BENS flat, which is located in the middle of the Wallanlagen. This green oasis surrounds the entire old town and is the perfect starting point for walks through the city and to the Weser. From the small terrace you can look out over the water in fine weather and enjoy the fresh air. After entering the building, you will find the flat in the hallway on the left. The bathroom is on the right, while the separate bedroom is on the left. The living area leads into the kitchen and is separated by a bar table with stools, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. From the living room you can directly access the terrace, where garden furniture invites you to linger. In the basement there are washing and drying machines (2.50 EUR/wash, 2.00 EUR/dry) for your needs. Guest access There is a multi-storey car park right next to the accommodation (max. clearance 2.00 m). A day ticket costs a maximum of 12.00 euros. There are very few free parking spaces in the neighbouring streets, and a parking ticket is usually required at most times. Public transport stops are only a few metres away. It is only 750 m from the train station to the accommodation. Other things to note The door to the terrace sometimes sticks. You have to open and close it with a little feeling. Thank you very much! There is an infrared heater on the wall opposite the sofa. As the flat is in the basement, some guests found it too cold in winter, so an infrared heater was installed. To make sure that the bathroom is also nice and warm, there is an additional electric heater, if necessary. The flat was built from a former cellar room and therefore has a higher humidity. Please air the rooms regularly and feel free to use the dehumidifier provided.
