Each room has its own shower with hot water built into the showers. -The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove with a functional oven, microwave, kettle, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, high quality cutlery and a large fridge that cools down fairly quickly and efficiently. - The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Canal+, with Netflix option if desired at your disposal. - Bed linen, towels, an iron and a medical box are available to you to avoid extra kilos in a suitcase. - A visitor shower in the hallway. -A vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning supplies are at your disposal in the unit. - The indoor parking is fully covered and can accommodate 2 cars. -The front and back terraces are fully tiled and fenced for your safety. -For your stay, we offer free cleaning service once a week (bathroom cleaning, kitchen, change of bed sheets and shower towels). - For your safety, a camera helps secure the entrance to the apartment. A fire extinguisher is available and a fire alarm is also installed. -Electricity is the responsibility of the customer. The property has a card meter, a remote control in the living room allows you to charge the meter and control the remaining Kwh remotely. -For stays of at least 2 weeks, we ensure your transfer from the airport to the apartment. - It is possible for you to rent from us a simple and air-conditioned car during your stay at a small price compared to what you can find on the market. We also have a partnership with a nice bar restaurant with billiards across the beach 3 minutes from the property. Nearby you have: a pharmacy, restaurants, and small shops.
